Mid term and an annual exam will be conducted for the academic assessment of the students. There shall be unit tests before both the exams. Promotion of the students will be decided on the basis of the cumulative performance of the students in all the examinations and unit tests.

Prior information will be given in case of any change of dates of unit tests and exams.

Besides the exams and unit tests, class tests will also be conducted by the subject teachers to keep the students up to date with the progress of the syllabus in the class.

The marks of the unit tests will be added to the marks obtained in terminal exams.

No re-tests or re-exam will be conducted in case a child misses them.

No student will be permitted to repeat the class more than once.

Minimum attendance of the students should not be less than 75%. It is compulsory for the students of std. X and XII to complete 75% of their attendance in the academic year to make them eligible to sit for their board examinations.
